• Our Recruitment Process

  When you decide to submit your resume, be prepared for multiple interview rounds. In the first round, we aim to understand your past experiences, interests, and career aspirations. At the conclusion of the interview, you will undergo a skills assessment test.

  Upon successfully passing the assessment, you will be invited for a second interview. Here, you will meet with your prospective project manager to gain in-depth insights into project content and key responsibilities.

  Subsequently, our team will make the final hiring decision. During the last interview stage, we will discuss your salary, benefits, and contract details. If an agreement is reached, our HR department will provide you with a tour of our office environment.
